At BitJoy, all products are digital and delivered instantly. We do not accept traditional returns. However, we maintain a fair and flexible refund policy based on industry standards and customer goodwill.
Special Refund Guarantee Program
At BitJoy, our mission is to make eSIM accessible and provide reliable, affordable roaming to everyone. We are introducing a No Questions Asked Refund Commitment, applicable only to eSIM purchases.
- If you purchase an eSIM from us, you are eligible for a 100% refund within 24 hours of your request, regardless of the reason.
- Simply email us at support@thebitjoy.com or message us on WhatsApp at chat here within 5 days of purchase.
- We may ask for feedback to improve our service, but your money is always safe with BitJoy.
Note: This program applies only to eSIM purchases made during the special period. All other products (including gift cards and vouchers), as well as purchases outside this timeframe, remain subject to our Standard Refund Policy outlined below.
Abuse and fraud exceptions
To protect fairness for all customers, the Refund Guarantee Program cannot be applied in cases of abuse or fraud, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent or unauthorized payments as determined by our payment gateway partners and/or platforms used by BitJoy.
- Excessive or systematic refund requests aimed at exploiting the policy, including:
- Purchasing more than 3 eSIMs and requesting refunds within one month.
- Cumulative refunds by a single individual, organization, or related parties exceeding USD 50 per month (or equivalent).
- Any behavior that indicates intentional misuse of the program for financial gain.
- Multiple accounts abuse: creating or using multiple accounts under the same entity to bypass limits or trigger repeated refunds.
- Resale or redistribution abuse: purchasing eSIMs with the intent to resell, transfer, or redistribute, then claiming refunds.
- Pattern-based abuse: repeated refund requests across different orders or destinations that indicate non-genuine use of our service.
- Chargeback abuse: initiating chargebacks with banks or card issuers while simultaneously requesting a refund from BitJoy.
All determinations of abuse or fraud will be made at BitJoy's sole discretion, and such decisions are final.
Standard Refund Policy (applies outside the special program period, and for all non-eSIM products)
1. General policy
- All products are delivered digitally via email. No physical returns are accepted.
- Refunds are offered in select cases, especially for unused or unactivated eSIMs.
- In exceptional cases, BitJoy may approve a refund at our sole discretion if it is fair and justified.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
2. eSIM refund eligibility
Eligible for refund:
- eSIM was not activated or used.
- The device is not eSIM-compatible and proof is provided.
- The product was not delivered and not accessed.
Not eligible for refund:
- eSIM was activated or data partially used.
- User selected the wrong plan or country by mistake.
- Issues caused by carrier restrictions or travel bans.
If your case falls outside these conditions but you believe a refund is fair, please contact us. BitJoy will evaluate and may approve a refund as a gesture of goodwill.
To request a refund: email support@thebitjoy.com with your Order ID and explanation. Processing takes 5 to 10 business days.
3. Gift cards and vouchers
- All gift cards and digital vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable once issued and delivered.
- This policy protects against fraud and respects our partner agreements.
- If you believe an error occurred (wrong recipient, failed delivery, etc.), please contact us. BitJoy may offer a resolution at our discretion.
4. Fraud prevention and abuse
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests for suspected fraud or repeated abuse.
- All refund decisions are made in good faith to protect both our customers and our platform integrity.
